Austrians born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, now living in Switzerland, they bought the house in 2021 because Elvis always wanted a home by the sea. When they are not there, they share it. They have their own trusted fisherman, and they know the Christmas market well.

Best apartment we rented in Rogoznica where we been 10 times before. It had everything we needed. Premium choice!
Amazing apartment, modern and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We rented the two bedroom apartment with a large terrace. It looked exactly like the pictures, spacious and clean. Great view of the ocean and bridge.

Nicely furnished, fully air-conditioned apartment with short walks (quiet spot in the third row) to the water, shops and restaurants. The terrace has a great view, the kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment is really excellent. The owners thought of every detail. The kitchen is superbly equipped with all the appliances, even a toaster, kettle, mixer and waffle maker.
